The Yellow Pages Association (YPA) awards the certification of Certified Marketing Representative (CMR) to agencies who have met the YPA’s qualifications, received special training, and passed a series of examinations.

National and Regional advertisers can be assisted by a CMR when placing their Yellow Page Advertising. A CMR is authorized by the customer to research, develop/design, and administer a regional or national advertiser’s yellow page campaign.
